My complaint:

I booked a flight via an online app called Kiwi.com I paid almost 400$ for the flight but unfortunately when i went to the airport they told me that my name wasn’t on the passengers list and the money was never credited to the airlines . Luckily i had a chance to speak with the airlines lawyer he told me that the money never was credited to the airlines and it’s stuck with Kiwi.com. Now kiwi told me to wait for the refund , they said due to coronavirus the refund will be within 3 months . We almost passed the 3 months and now they stopped answering me at all . I would like to see if there is any chance for me to get compensation for this since i really struggled with them .I have official papers one that shows the invoice and the other one shows that the airlines never got the money and it’s from the financial department of the companyAnd one for my bank shows that the money was credited to Kiwi.com
