My complaint:
I booked a flight with Kiwi with TAP airline. Kiwi took my money but did not pay TAP for the ticket. Consequently, TAP did not issue my ticket and I could not board the flight I paid for. I called Kiwi to sort it out and they proposed some crazy combinations of flights (when the flight I booked was direct!).
When I called Kiwi again to check on the status of the resolution they said they had again failed at securing those tickets. As a consequence, they tried booking yet another flight, but still haven’t ed the booking.
I was supposed to have taken off at 12h00 on the flight I booked, and it’s not 15h00 and I’m still waiting for the ation of booking of the new flight which, supposedly, will take off at 18h45 — to be seen if that will actually be the case.
Suggested solution:
They should guarantee that I have a valid ticket for today at 18h45 and additionally they need to compensate me for the long hours I've lost at the airport, the business meetings and the doctors appointment I missed because of this!
