My complaint:
Charged for the wheelchair assistance for the flight which is supposed to be free and the service was not rendered.
When contacted them, they just replied, the refund cannot be done and asked me to contact the Airline. But Kiwi is the one who charged me for the service that I didn’t receive.
It’s such a total scam!!!
Suggested solution:
FULL REFUND for the service that I paid for but was not rendered.
