My complaint:
I booked a trip with Kiwi in 2021 and paid the baggage fees through them. Before the trip Kiwi emailed me to say I needed to pay the baggage fees again at the airport and that I would be reimbursed. I filed for reimbursement September 2021. I have written many messages and they always respond with a message saying it will be 3-4 months. I has now been 2.5 years. I simply want the refund promised me. The amount owed is $252.61.
