My complaint:
Dear Sir, Kiwi is not responding to my emails regarding refund of carrier cancelled flights from Islamabad to Barcelona on 192021 and then Barcelona to Birmingham on 12821. The carrier cancelled the flight and I have not received refund. Kiwi refund no is :165 159 984.
Suggested solution:
Kiwi should refund ticket fully as carrier cancelled flight . Kiwi must update me as soon as possible as it’s been over 3 months and I am still waiting for my refunds. I have no confidence on Kiwi.com as their customer service is worst and I will never ever book any ticket through kiwi.com.
