My complaint:
I’ve placed a multi-city booking and received a ation.
Today 30 days before my flight they’ve informed me that the schedule has changed and now I’ll have to go to Chile and wait for 7 hours to actually got to my final destination.
This should be a booking from Madrid to Sao Paulo… I’m pretty sure there are direct flights as I can still book them with the airline
Kiwi sends me a general reply informing that I can change my booking on manage my booking page WHICH DOES NOT EXISTS!
Suggested solution:
Put me on the flight they've sold me?
Why would I go to Chile to go to Sao Paulo?
