My complaint:

I bought a used Kia Sportage GTLine ISG, reg.no NY19 FFK( now changed to M14 AGB) which had approx 13,500 recorded miles. This was purchased on 160422, and the car was picked up on 290422. Within the first week of buying the car, I noticed the above problem with the seat, and contacted the garage and made arrangements for it to go back in for several minor problems as well as the seat. These other problems were rectified, however I was told the seat was caused due to wear and tear access not covered, and I should have pointed it out when the car was bought.Due to the car being less than 3 years old, and only covered minimal miles, I find it hard to believe that this is due to wear and tear, and should not be in this condition at this age. This fault could only be seen when sittingpressure pushing the seat panel down

Suggested solution:

Owing to the fact I paid £20,999 for the vehicle, I would expect it to be in pristine condition, and as such I would expect the garage to have the seat fault repaired to a professional standard. When I spoke to staff about the problem, they seemed more concerned about how much work it would entail and the cost.As this is the first Kia I have nought, to say I was disappointed in their response and customer care would be an understatement and may make me think twice about buying another Kia
