My complaint:
I purchased a one owner excellent condition 2017 Kia Soul plus 7 months ago. The engine needs replaced! If the new buyer was given a lifetime warranty it should at least transfer to the 2nd owner! They are the one the engine will probably malfunction with!! I am a single 61 yr old female, all alone and just lost my job. Do it for good will or a tax write off! I have no choices! I am so ashamed because I love this car.
