My complaint:

Never fix the problems in vehicle and take advantage of knowledge that i know of vehicles.when asked for a refund the manager convinced me to not cancel services and will fix all the problems caused by them that very same day. My vehicle stay in their shop for 3days and claim to be waiting for results on diagnostics.

The advisor is completely lost and when i went to pick up my vehicle after i notified them 3hrs ahead , my vehicle was missing.part of the issue that it has is the emergency parking switch, witch iyou have to release it with a thin point tool to press the realease switch (precision pick) i had a tool kit from husky company and it was missing. When iasked for the supervisor frank gonzales said he dose not want to hear me. and i told him how are you as a supervisor goin to deny services to a client. And why do you have your employee and i together after she has continuesly creates mistakes .

He heard his employees side but not mine when the facility cameras show excacly what i bee saying.after 2hrs i recived my vehicle and the precisionn tool and kit was missing. the only ways to move my vehicle is if you use that tool to realse the parking break. Whoever drove my vehicle to where i was is the person who stole those items. My vehicle was in the shop for over 2days. no work completed , scratches on vehicle, missing remote spare, childrens booster seat missing Dell laptop missing portable car battery missing and my childrens snacks for school tampered with. We have insurance and third part insurance through our bank. When provided information they would ignor it and bill us.

Suggested solution:

refund from all transactions made since the very begining of servivce return all stolen items , fix my vehicle, and retrain your supervisor.
