My complaint:

I tried getting a repair warranty coverage for my car when it was purchased. I reached out to Kia motors had my vin number ran through the system by a customer service specialist but never received a call back to gain coverage. As a result of Kia motors neglect i turn to Protect my car coverage because i wanted to make sure my car had coverage. first rode trip to Davenport Fl My car engine service light cuts on after 3 hours of driving. engine starts to lose power, dashboard power shuts down, engine starts to rattle and i go into panic mode, because im almost 4 hours away from home with my 4 year child in the car. i pull over call road side get my car towed to the nearest company Pep Boys. hoping that my warranty will cover the cost of repairs. Boy was i wrong. once my car was inspected by Pep Boys i received a invoice for 7,750.00 for the cost of engine replacements cause by Rod barring failure an lots of other things due to Kia motors recalls an defaults. I have been depressed lost clients that i work for do to no transportation Kids has missed medical appointments all for something that could have been settled Im very upset that i never even received a call or letter concerning this matter. All i want is my car out this shop an repairs paid for in full!!!! im stressed an i just want all this resolved ASAP!!!!

Suggested solution:

We could resolve this complaint by Paying for all repairs, Parts, and labor to Pep boys so that i can get my car back!!!! My car is 4 hours away from me an im struggling as a single mother with 3 kids. I just want my car PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
