My complaint:
Dear Concern,
I am a regular customer of KFC and lives in a very posh and urban area of Peshawar. It is regretted to say that KFC Peshawar is tarnishing the very hard earned image of Brand KFC by discouraging their regular customers. i have placed quiet a few orders in recent times and they kept cancellingdeclining them despite the fact that KFC Peshawar has already delivered me food many a times at the same place and same time i.e to my home and now they are refusing to deliver food by making some lame excuses. KFC should enquire the matter by a senior manager from some other city that there is no restriction in accessing my location at any time of the day and should take action against the KFC Peshawar for declining my orders. Suggested solution:
They should deliver me the food any time i want as per rules and KFC Peshawar should apologize me for their acts.
