My complaint:
I ordered an Allstar Box meal, 4 dunked wings and a sweetchilli twister meal and instead I got 3 dunked wings, an Allstar Box with no one piece chicken. The twister was a Classic even though I ordered sweetchilli one. Both meals were supposed to be served with Fountain drinks and instead my cup only had soda water in it and not the sprite I asked for.
Suggested solution:
I'd like a refund or they should replace my meal.
Double check orders before serving them to customers.
Ask the customer for their opinions when the store doesn't have the ordered food so they can get a substitute of their own preference.
