KFC complaint: Abusive language toward my daughter

My complaint:

My husband ordered on Sat night 1/20/2024 a bucket of chicken and sides for my b-day. The kids we coming over the next day. He paid for the order on line. Store opens at 1030am and order would be ready by Sunday morning at 10:45.

We asked my daughter to pick up the order on the way over. She got there at 10:38 and tried the door and it was still locked so she knocked on the door. A man comes to the door and was cussing her using the F Bomb. Said things like I am so F ing tired of you Uber drivers. When she got a chance she told him she was there to pick up and order at 10:45 but if it wasn’t ready she could wait in the car.

He continued to use foul language. The employee behind the counter was getting the order together.. She went to the counter and the employee told her was so sorry! It was actually the manager HAROLD E that was so rude. As she past him leaving the store she said to him “I will pray for you” and he replied with F YOU! Today is 1/31/2024 and have called 5 times to check on why no one from upper management has got in touch with me? I have a Case 01898232. I’m so upset the way my daughter was treated!
