My complaint:
I had ordered a 12 piece chicken tenders meal. The oil used for the chicken tasted very old and disgusting and I know you use instant mashed potatoes, but they even used to taste alot better. I don’t know what has happened to our KFC here in Marion, IN has been going downhill for yrs now. I think someone from corporate needs to come and further their education. When ur chicken taste more like old grease more than you can taste the chicken, there is something wrong or being lazy and not doing their job
Suggested solution:
I would like to either have a refund which was $21.. I don't know if I would want a coupon because until they have changed things I don't see myself eating their anytime soon. It had already been a yr or so since I ate there before this time. And it will probably be longer this time before I go back. I understand that it is hard to find people that really want to work. So however you have to resolve this I would appreciate it.
