My complaint:
Hi! It’s been years I am availing home delivery from KFC Jhelum. Suddenly they have stopped delivering food at my address. According to riders of KFC Jhelum, because the delivery areas have been revised that’s why they do not deliver in my area. But when I called main branch and asked them about it they said that home delivery is possible at my address. Kindly tell me is it really so ? Or KFC Jhelum branch is trying to misguide me? And if my area is excluded from delivery areas then why? Why you have suddenly stopped it?
Suggested solution:
Kindly allow delivery in my area because I wanna enjoy some good chicken at home due to unability of taking away food.
