My complaint:
Saturday, January 9, 2021, I visited the KFC located in Louisville Mississippi. It was shortly before shift change in the afternoon and I along with four other customers were pretty much completely ignored. The crew members were standing around fussing with one another about who needed to clock in and complaining that they could not clock in because it was seven minutes before their shift started. After waiting for at least 10 minutes, I turned to the guy behind me and said I am going somewhere else I am not going to be a part of this chaos any longer. Two times prior eating at the restaurant I noticed that my chicken was old. What do I mean old? The chicken had been cooked for quite some time and kept in a warmer to the point that it was dried out. Not KFC protocol. Apparently, They have been taught or told to leave the chicken in the warmer for an extended period and sell it whether it was fit to eat or not. I will not be coming back to this location. I also frequent locations in Kosciusko Mississippi and Carthage Mississippi. I’ve been going to both for almost 3 years and I’ve always gotten a very good meal. The wait staff is courteous at both locations and as I said before, the food is great! Not so at Louisville. This store has had problems for years. Managers have come and gone like flies. The staff, not all but most, act as if you’re doing them a favor by being there. This store needs help, it needs training, it needs people employed who actually want to work, or it needs to be closed and bulldozed!!
