My complaint:

I put my order in on 2?5 for a $20 fill up to be picked up at 3:45 on 27.on the KFC website, and paid $24.90. When I got there they had no record of the order. I told them to fix it and I would pay for it if I needed to and straighten it out later. It popped up just as I was about to pay. When I got outside, I checked the order. It was missing one of the large mashed potatoes. When I went back in there were several customers waiting in line. I walked straight up to the counter and told them I was missing a large potato. She handed one to me. No apologies. Customers after me were being told it would be 15 to 20 minutes. Some items were not even available. My order 89745

Suggested solution:

Improve the service. It seems like every time I go there the chicken is ready, or they don't have enough of the kind I want. I think I should get some coupon or something.
