My complaint:
My machines all had different problems from burner to would not power up to only brewing half cups.
Was told I can buy another or commit to 24 boxes for a mini . I already have 4 boxes that are not compatible with other machines per agent. So I am not happy with Keurig basically an monopoly.
I have had 5 of these machines since 2017. Avg 119 or more then the price is better now but it’s still an investment. Plan on the machine to last 1 to 2 years max. It’s not worth the money.
Suggested solution:
Replace the machine for free
