Keurig complaint: Bad customer service

My complaint:

Purchased Keurig K-1500 10822 the pump started messing, getting 8.7oz instead of 12. Contacted Keurig 90722, I talked to Keith, sent him a copy of the receipt, never heard back. I called 92122, and talked to Catalina, had me resend the info. I did, and received an email asking for more info, I sent it, and waited another 2 weeks. I call today 100622 and talked to Kristoff( she was hard to understand), she said something about my photos not getting there, just another excuse. I told her thanks for not helping me, I would take this to social media, files complaint, and purchase a unit from someone else. The K-1500are not cheap, and ours was used at our house, home use only.

Suggested solution:

Money returned, I do not want one of their units again.
