Keurig complaint: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

My complaint:

I went onto the Keurig website and saw an offer for a brewer for $99.99 including (4) boxes of T-cups. I received what I ordered and was charged accordingly. However, when I was setting everything up, I got the app and saw that I was on some kind of auto-delivery. I canceled this because I didn’t want auto-delivery. I saw that I was then charged $100.00 the following day. I called Keurig and I was told on a recorded line, that this is a common issue with “ a lot” of people. She went onto say that all these conditions are in fine print and no one sees it. They refused to return the $100 charge that I was UNKNOWINGLY charged. They also said they couldn’t re-instate the subscription to remove the charge because it has been over 24hrs. Or my last option, return the brewer to get only the $99.99 back so it would still cost me $100 and I wouldn’t have the bewer. HORRIBLE business practice, HORRIBLE customer service.
