My complaint:

As someone who owns 3 full size Keurigs I thought the slim would be a good edition. 15 months later it doesn’t work properly, chat window takes over 2 hours, and when I called they said it’s defective but unfortunately 3 months past warranty. Terrible experience.

Suggested solution:

Replace the product which is obviously defective.
