My complaint:

I have been a customer for over 6 years getting automatic shipment and i am on my 5th Coffee Maker.
This being said i spent just 3 hours on the phone and talked to 4 people. All of them refused to connect me to a supervisor. I simply asked that i get the new smart Brewer 50% off since i already have a monthly order for years . After 3 hours i finally hung up since all 4 employees refused to connect me to a supervisor.
On employee even suggested i buy another Keurig Maschine. This is the worst customer service i have ever received and i am highly disappointed. I am currently looking to get my somewhere else

Suggested solution:

They should discount the Keurig Maschine 50% since i am a long standing customer and are full filling the requirements
