My complaint:
We use excellent quality of water and have two coffee makers that have lasted only 3 years of part time use at our two homes. Kerug tried to sign us up for a large coffee order to get a discount on our Kerug replacement coffee maker. It’s a lousy marketing trick as they try to make more money from unsuspecting customers.
We are purchasing another Kerug 2500 only because it appears there are no other competitors available.
Shame on Kerug. It’s too bad there is not more competition in the coffee maker field.
Suggested solution:
We just ordered a 2500 Kerug coffee maker on line. We at least deserved a good discount for spending approximately $2K since about 2020 on their poor quality coffee makers that do not last.
