My complaint:

I had the above authorization number to return my Keurig as it was not working properly. As soon as I shipped it back, I purchased another unit from their website under my account. They received the unit on 12082022. I have been on the phone with customer service seven times each time it is exactly the same scenario taking all of my information and assuring me. Somebody would call me back immediately. I have yet to receive a single phone call and I have yet to see one penny of my $213 refund and now I have paid for two Keurig units. I have sent numerous emails replying to the initial email Kerry sent for service request number SR0003785303 with not a single response to that reply of the email.

Suggested solution:

I am awaiting a $213 credit to the credit card I used to make both purchases.
