My complaint:
The carafe portion of the machine is defective. It does not drain out of the basket properly causing it to overflow and hot brewed coffee ends up all over the counter and inside the machine. This morning it brewed coffee all over the place and ruined an expensive coffee bar it was sitting on.
Suggested solution:
Full refund or another machine. I was offered 20% off which is ridiculous.
