My complaint:
I bought a keugric three months ago paid 160 an the lite came on to clean it I did that an the lite is still on so I cleaned it again an the lite is still on this is my third pot an I will not buy another keugric
Suggested solution:
I can't send it back because I couldn't get on the web site to register it
