My complaint:

I have purchased 3 separate machines all of which have not lasted for 6 months. The last one I was descaling and it never worked after that. I’m very disappointed and have spent lots of money on these products.

Suggested solution:

I would like a replacement with a warranty and a good contact number if I have problems again to get assistance with troubleshooting
