My complaint:
We are on our 3rd Keurig coffemaker. Each time we’ve had one it lasts less than a year and suddenly stops working! We are currently on our third Keurig and it won’t even turn on! We have tried ALL the trouble shooting listed in the pamphlet and still not working. T
his is very upsetting as these machines are NOT cheap and each time this happens we have to go buy yet another one that will inevitably STOP working without notice. This machine was purchased LESS than 9 months ago!!!!!
Suggested solution:
I would like this addressed and a new machine sent to me immediately!
