Kaspas Desserts complaint: Unsatisfactory food

My complaint:

On the evening of 22nd February 2022 around 7.15pm I took my 2 children out for a birthday treat we ordered 3 deserts.

1 after 8 icecream
1 hazelnut deluxe
And 1 3 scoop of vanilla ice cream
1 j20 bottle
1 bottle of coke

Half way threw our ice cream me and my eldest daughter both picked something out of our ice cream we carried on eating as we went to carry on we had found more peices of papercardboard we explained to the store worker who offered I drink as a sorry they had drinks with there puddings so didn’t want another drink. We are very disappointed especially as we couldn’t eat what we paid for we wasn’t offered replacement desserts.

Suggested solution:

Either send a voucher covering the cost or refund the costs
