My complaint:

There is no nutritional information available for any of their products. We called several locations asking for this and the staff were incredibly unhelpful. One suggested that they don’t have the information because it varies from order to order, which is true for every restaurant and yet they still provide an estimate or numbers by weight. We only realised this after our order arrived, where my partner went to inject her insulin (type 1 diabetes) and quickly discovered that she had no way of finding out the correct amount to do because Kaspas didn’t have their carbohydrates available, even after extensive searching.

Suggested solution:

Provide nutrional content. It's terrible that they can jeopardise people's health in this way.
