My complaint:

I wish to lodge a formal complaint and let you know of my intention to take this further.
I placed an order with Uber eats yesterday for a milkshake, slush and a brownie desert.
The order was placed just before this branch closed for the evening.
When it arrived the milkshake wand slush was of an eater consistency, and the ice cream was like soup, that’s fine I simply poured them down the sink and put it down to a bad experience.
I then proceeded to eat the brownie and strawberries.
Within an hour and I’m sorry for the graphic explanation but I was in severe pain with both extreme vomiting and diarrhoea
It was so bad I had to call the out of hours Gp team who diagnosed good poiisoning and gave me tablets and told me to try to drink as much fluid as my body would allow.
Considering I hadn’t eaten anything else at all other than this order from kaspas yesterday I’m 100% certain this was the cause of my food poisoning.
I have no allergies so can’t put it down to that.
The pain was horrendous and had I been pregnant or elderly I’m certain the consequences would have been a lot more dire.
I have reached out to Uber but they only place the order they do not prepare the food that is solely down to Kaspas.
Whether this brownie had been made very early in the day and had gone off or whether one of the ingredients used to make it was off I don’t know but what I do know is it left me with food poisoning making me so poorly all evening, not the best way to end my birthday that’s for certain.
I would like for kaspas to deal with this rather than telling me to complain to the platform I ordered from as as I’ve stated kaspas is solely responsible for making Thai food.
Clearly there was an issue with the entire order and I’m so grateful my child who I bought the milkshake for was unable to drink that as had they become ill also I would be taking legal action so I’m glad the drinks were inedible

Suggested solution:

They need to sort this so it doesn’t happen to anyone else
They also need to give me a formal apology
