My complaint:
My family went to Casper’s for A treat my wife seen Mold over the And between chairs spoke to the manager about it manager refused to clear it manager offered 20% discount next visit I have now got a 4 year old child at home been violently sick.After work I went down and spoke to the manager offered me 30% discount and a free milkshake I told him that I have now got a 4 year old being violently sick at home there was not a care in the world and there was no apology offered just a discount for next visit we will not be visiting again.
Suggested solution:
I went in store to solve it requesting a full refund it was denied so the way I am gonna resolve it now is to speak to Casper's headquarters speak to my local authority for food poisoning and hygiene and I will be putting it this over social media. If I do not get a reply back in 24 hours for somebody to speak to.
