My complaint:
Frontier could not find my booking. People went around me to board. Then agent says too late come back tomorrow. I drove rental to Las Vegas, 1hr before the Spirit flight Spirit had NO RECORD OF ME. I had to sleep on the sidewalk until someone could fly me home to DTW airport.
Suggested solution:
Refund but THEIR records show me as a passenger. I never boarded the plane because Frontier Airlines could not find my in the system at all.
