My complaint:
Hi,
my name is Ayden Moukdad and the turkish airlines cancelled a flight for me on may6th and when i am asking the agency to push it back to may 5th they insist on charging me 75$ when they shouldnt be from what the turkish airline told me
Suggested solution:
please void this service fee because it is not fair to customers when their flights are unwillingly cancelled and this is discouraging to continue future business with the agency
