My complaint:

I purchased a ticket for a Dec. 2020 flight. Because of COVID, I had to cancel. Naturally, they don’t want to give refunds, but they also won’t help you rebook. They send emails for rebooking but there is no working submit button. They send emails to refund you but there is no working submit button. Then you call. I spend 1 hour on March 22 talking to Blaine. I rebooked with a REAL human being. HeJUSTFLY was suppose to send a ation win 24 hours and it has not arrived. What did arrive was a form for a refund. In other words, the 1 hours I spent with Blaine to reschedule a flight – an exchange – was not booked even though I INSISTED he give me a ation number for the phone call. WHat they sent was a form for a refund. FIne, but then there is no submit button. So, I call – 1.7 minutes on hold with no human beings. They asked if I would accept a call back – Yes, – and when they call back, it is machine and no human being came on for 1 hour and7 minutes. I have since hung up.

Suggested solution:

Refund the money. 370.20. Forget the rebooking. My time is more
valuable and they will never offer any compensation for their horrible consumer service.
