My complaint:

We were scheduled to fly from San Diego to Tallinn Estonia on July 6th but are flight from Salt Lake to Amsterdam got changed from leaving at 2:30 to 7:30 which would caused us to miss our connection and there was no other flight available from Amsterdam to Tallinn till the next day. We contacted Just fly, but they insisted that are flight had not been changed. We sent then a picture from Delta showing the change. They said they would get back to us in 48 hours, never happened Called again, then was told someone would call me within 72 hours never happened. Called a third time, told the same and same result. Called today and was told same thing. Asked to speak to Supervisor and was told no. Tickets cost over 5,000 dollars. I now have to repurchase tickets and try to get my credit card company to cancel charges.

Suggested solution:

Refund my credit card. ASAP.
