My complaint:
on the 15th of October, I cancelled the order no 87845089 a few minutes after I placed it because the waiting time was significantly longer than what was displayed before placing the order. I made sure that the cancellation was free when I ed and I aslo received the following message via email as additional ation: Order cancelled
You have successfully cancelled order number 87845089.
Your refund’s on the way (if you were charged).
However, it happened that I have been fully charged for the order and have yet to receive a refund.
The chat assistant I connected with this morning was unhelpful and failed to provide any valid explanation. I am sure that there has been an error and I require the refund as agreed upon and as per the communication below.
