My complaint:
order number : 1545658208. Order was for delivery at 1700 hrs. turned up at 1600 hrs. Our guests were not even here as yet. Driver refused to take the order back. Phoned the restaurant. They said taht i should not have accepted the delivery. I was unaware of this proceedure.
Suggested solution:
A full refund will be appreciated Poor delivery service. my family ahve to now reheat the food which is very improper.
