Just Eat complaint: Multitude of errors from missing items, cold food and only partial refund offered as account credit

My complaint:

1539827481 – This order was placed on 10012022 from Miller Carter totalling over £52. When the order arrived half the order was missing (should have been 2 bags) and the other half was stone cold and incorrect. Tried calling the restaurant numerous times and no answer.
So followed the refund procedure on just eat, after numerous emails back and forth Just Eat issued only a partial refund to the just eat account! I paid by card and their policy clearly states that and refunds will be issued back to a customers card, I don’t want to order again as this is the 3rd time I’ve had issues with them. Also, the food was inedible so I want a full refund.

Suggested solution:

I expect Just Eat to issue a full refund back to my card with immediate effect.
