My complaint:
Called restaurant as late 3 times fobbed off with nearly there after a hour and half the wrong food turned up, I called again they said 45min for my food as we don’t eat chicken on the bone. I called 3 more times and sane excuse, I gave up calling and never recieved it and refused a refund.
I contacted just eat and 3 times they said no to a refund as not enough evidence. Took food out of the bin did a close up photo of the chicken on the bone and order reference. Evidence of calls too yet still a no, I had to get my kids another takeaway after i threw the other in the bin. So for 3 of us it ended up costing me 34 from just eat and another 15 for my kids food to replace what they sent and I had a sandwich. Disgusting attitude from both companies.
Suggested solution:
A full refund in cash as I do not wish to.yse there app again
