My complaint:
I ordered some groceries that included 2 packets of cigarettes. Only half my order arrived, not including the cigarettes and some dog treats, almost £30 worth of items and over half of my overall £45 order. Raised the issue via their app but was immediately given credit instead of the option for a cash refund. After many messages back and forth, they said there was nothing they could do and all my future correspondence would be ignored because as far as they were concerned, the issue was resolved. I now have to spend that money with them or lose it. This wasn’t a good order, so I’ve paid for items that I haven’t received!
Suggested solution:
Refund my money as they failed to provide the items. I do not want to be forced to spend more money with them just to get my money back.
