My complaint:
I ordered food that was ed as “on the way” within 8 MINUTES!!! Fresh 🤨 The food that arrived was mushy (like stuck together mushy powdery), within a minute of its arrival I contact just eat with this AND photographic evidence of the slimey looking food!! Obviously the smell taste texture is difficult to show from a photo!!!!
However, just eat responded today to inform me this is a merely “a differing recipe” they won’t uphold the complain or give me my money back! For food that’s still on the said waiting
Suggested solution:
I want my money back. And this restaurant needs removing off just eat for health safety violations.
