My complaint:
Been ordering with this company for months. 3 times a week lately if not more. I’ve complained about two orders. One of them because it gave me food poisoning. Got a pop up message saying I would be refunded. 24h later I hear nothing so I try and get in touch with them and get told I won’t get a refund or credit for it. An agent called Maria P probably the worst agent in history and Arjhel after wasn’t much better as both made me wait a long time to “look into it”. Waste of time and why say I will be refunded and then I won’t!
Suggested solution:
Just Eat credit for the whole order. I don’t order food to get food poisoning!!!!
