My complaint:

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to you, to express my disappointment in the updated courier app.

Recently, as a driver, I have experienced a unpleasant issue with the courier app. It appears that the pinpoint location of some addresses are terribly inaccurate.
On the 22nd of December 2021 I have taken out an order to the following address : 3 Ashbourne Way, Radford Semele. Once I have arrived at the address, I was unable to swipe on the app parked at customer. Therefore, I have contacted the courier support. Unfortunately, I have been treated awfully, as the support worker addressed me in a patronising manner and implied that I am at fault and that I should be more careful in the future. Also, I was provided with a Google maps link that was 1.5 miles away from the correct address, to were I was instructed to drive, in order to complete the delivery. Sadly, this seemed ridiculous and unreasonable to having to make two trips for an order.
However, this is the first time I file a complaint, it is not the first time I have been facing this issue. In fact, I am not even the only driver that confronted this undesired problem.
Disappointed and frustrated by the current situation, I found myself annoyed and drained out of patience that I felt I needed to make this complaint.

Suggested solution:

Kindly, I am asking you, please fix the existing bugs in the app, in order to avoid further inconvenience on both sides.
