My complaint:
I ordered £24 worth of food from mcdonalds and it never arrived even though it said on the justeat app delivered . Because I have complained about food in the past being cold or damaged they are refusing to give me any refund
Suggested solution:
I want my money back as got nothing for it and driver obviously dumped it, delivered to wrong address or kept it
