My complaint:
I ordered food on Wednesday 29th November and I received the wrong food phoned kfc and sent a email to just eat for them to take a week to give me food credit but I don’t want this as I’m never using just eat again so I want a full refund to my original payment card and they are not willing to do this as I was left out of pocket
Suggested solution:
Send me a full refund not account credit
