My complaint:
I placed an order via the just eat application on the 27th February order No. 217103580. The steak bake was missing. I raised this via the app on the day and have now received an email stating that they have reviewed my account and cannot offer me a refund.
I replied stating that I am not happy as I’ve paid for an item I did not receive. Customer services attitude is unbelievable – what in my account indicates to them that I am a liar.
Suggested solution:
I would like a refund. If I don't I cannot continue using the just eat app as I won't be confident that should this happen again I'd be renumerated.
Who can afford to pay for items they don't receive.
