Just Eat complaint: Fraudulent transactions

My complaint:

For a second time money has been taken out of my account from just eat..
A month ago it was over £40 and today it is £30.30.. when on both occasions I have neither used just eat or indeed ordered anything.!
I had to contact my bank who recorded the transaction and refunded my money the first time and I will have to contact them again to get my money refunded for a second time… !! Why does this keep happening…!?!?
I am a single woman who has to watch and budget for every penny and this is such an inconvenience ..it is also a constant worry now for me to be super vigilant of my account as I can not afford such fraudulent transactions to go unchecked… Please sort out your transactions.. I have to warn and advise everyone I know to avoid just eat at all costs as your company unlawfully takes money from peoples bank accounts!!

Refund my money
And safeguard it doesn’t happen again!
