My complaint:
Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Takeaways
The issue that I have experienced was: I cancelled my order few seconds after my order because I realised that I put the wrong address in the order. I received an email from Just eat ing that the order was cancelled successfully and that I would receive a refund in case of charge.
It occurred on: 2024-03-05
This meant that Just eat charged me for my cancelled order. I contacted the customer service and they told me that they could not cancel the payment because this is their policy. I sent them a copy of their email but they refuse to cancel the payment or send me a refund. (Email attached)
Cancel the payment taken wrongly or send me a refund.
I look forward to your response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address.
