Disgusting service
Paid £25.57 for food that took over an hour and a half to arrive.
When it arrived the food was cold and inedible.
Called the restaurant and was told contract was with Just-Eat as I had paid them for the food, which is fair enough.
I Raised a complaint with Just Eat and was offered a credit of £12.96 to my account.
50% of the cost is not acceptable!
The food had to be thrown away as it was cold.
I expected a full refund at the very least
This was not the 1st time I had issues with Just Eat, but decided to give it a 2nd chance.
There won’t be a 3rd.
Now they will not provide me with contact details of the CEO
Standard copy and past automated response to emails
They say they have now closed the case as they can’t change the outcome.

Suggested solution:
Provide a full refund back to my payment card.
I don't want a credit to my just eat account as I will be closing it once the complaint has been resolved
